In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and baking techniques and nutrition.

Degree Holder preferably Culinary / HRM

At least 4 years in a similar capacity

Responsible for contributing to customer delight by cooking and preparing cakes, pies, and other desserts and pastries as required.
