  1. Menu Execution & Quality: Prepare all assigned menu items according to Head Chef's recipes, quality standards, and plating specifications.
  2. Station Management & Flow: Efficiently manage a designated station (mise en place, stocking, and breakdown) and ensure fast, accurate execution of orders during peak service.
  3. Inventory & Control: Monitor station inventory and communicate ingredient shortages or needs to the Chef/Sous Chef.
  4. Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards (HACCP/local regulations) at all times.
  5. Required Availability & Work Ethic: Must be diligent, dependable, physically capable of working in a fast-paced environment, and available full-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. (Prior experience with European cuisine is an advantage.)
