Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Internship or academic project experience in business analysis, IT, or related fields
  • Basic understanding of business analysis concepts and SDLC
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Basic knowledge of tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint (knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or SQL is a plus but not required)

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
  • Exposure to data analysis or reporting tools

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and functional requirements
  • Support process mapping, workflow analysis, and documentation
  • Help prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and process flows
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project teams to understand business needs
  • Assist in data analysis, reporting, and presentation of findings
  • Participate in meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions
  • Support testing activities such as UAT by validating requirements and documenting issues
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure information is up to date

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
