  • Lead and drive MDM operations to achieve all KP| goals. Initiates necessary actions to meet and exceed the various targetsLead the monthly Balance Scorecard meeting and review performance with the teamConduct regular meetings with the MDM Team to review BSC result, define project priorities, and establish action plans to resclve issues/problems. Manage the creation, implementation and maintenance of master data management solutionsOversee a team of analysts that analyze and enrich master data elements and optimize the flow of data between users and stakeholders. Implement and support new procedures, Management of Change (MOC) and improvements whenever required. Support the Quality Assurance team in driving the team on continuous improvement projects which will impact metrics, process flow through Lean Concept. Working closely to ensure adherence to documented process control procedures Determine developmental training plans of the MDM Team in coordination with the Training Center of GBS Support training requirements as defined and administered by the Training Center of GBS and HR DepartmentProvide Performance evaluation to subordinates through Performance Review on a regular basis Responsible for the approval of overtime, leaves/offset and change shift of the team in the Timekeeping portal Strictly implement Company's Code of Conduct, issue Notice to Explain (NTE) and recommend Disciplinary Action (DA) to subordinates if needed. Strictly implement all Safety Policies and Safety Measures as mandated by OSH and involvement on the generation of action plans to all Safety audit findings. Ensure team's compliance to various training requirements. Ensure 5S program is being carried out consistently. Conduct monthly walk-through and audit of the area. Report out and track progress of all findings. Act as emergency response Incident Commander as required per EH&S mandate.Qualifications:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent. At least 3-5 years in MDM work experience in a supervisory roleShould have managed a team of at least 7 direct reports Should have experience in Shared Services/ BPO Should have experience with ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, D365/AX Dynamics and MFG Pro preferred) Advance skills in the use of MS Office ApplicationWork Schedule- Compressed work week, Monday to Friday- 9 hours per day w/ 1 hour break
