JOB SUMMARY

The MDM Specialist supports the Senior Specialist / Team Lead in the daily processing of vendor and customer profiles in ERP systems and bank portals, along with other assigned tasks.

The role ensures that all transactions—including the creation and review of vendor and customer accounts—are completed accurately and on time, in line with company financial policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Master Data Management (MDM):

  • Create new vendor and customer accounts in ERP systems and bank portals based on approved requests and complete supporting documents
  • Modify vendor and customer accounts in ERP systems and bank portals as needed
  • Conduct bank verification for vendors during setup or modification via phone, video call, or email
  • Maintain proper document filing and secure storage

MDM Review and Reporting:

  • Perform regular reviews of vendor and customer master data by extracting files from ERP
  • Coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., Sourcing, AP, Payments, Local Finance) for review and updates
  • Assist in preparing KPI and master data-related reports

Administrative Tasks:

  • Provide information for Balanced Scorecard reporting
  • File and update overtime, offset, and leave applications in the timekeeping tool
  • Track actual hours worked per process
  • Support project implementation by providing process documentation and conducting UAT (user acceptance testing); document test results
  • Conduct self-evaluations based on performance targets
  • Support audits by gathering required documents and responding to audit inquiries
  • Provide support for broader team activities beyond MDM, when required

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in Master Data Management
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, D365)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid setup
  • Able to work effectively in a structured environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a Shared Services or BPO setting
  • Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
  • Experience in a multicultural or international work environment
