Job Purpose

What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and performance driven culture.
  • Set clear goals and manage operational KPIs and performance.
  • Implement the Global TA Strategy from the Global Recruitment CoE into hub processes, ensuring continuous improvement and standardization of ways of working.
  • Collaborate with the global Recruitment Hub network on planned continuous improvement projects as well as identify and lead regional ad hoc projects as required.
  • Maintain strong relationships and collaboration with in-market leadership and other regional Hub Leads for best practice sharing.
  • Ensure resource allocation and manage recruitment volumes accordingly.
  • Partner with the ED&I team to develop and adopt diversity recruitment strategies aligned with the regional requirements.
  • Engage in problem-solving, propose process improvements, and assist in coordinating recruitment efforts.
