We are looking for a Procurement Supervisor to lead our purchasing team and ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of quality materials and services. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, negotiation expertise, and a keen understanding of construction procurement processes.

  • Supervise and oversee the procurement team in sourcing, purchasing, and inventory control.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost efficiency and quality compliance.
  • Evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet project schedules.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and new materials relevant to construction projects.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and warehouse teams to align procurement with project needs.
  • Maintain accurate purchase records, reports, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all procurement activities.
