Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to prospective leads provided by the company or sourced through campaigns
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria and determine their interest in products or services
  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives with decision-makers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and appointments in the CRM system
  • Follow call scripts and guidelines while adapting to prospects' needs and responses
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly targets for calls, qualified leads, and booked appointments
  • Nurture relationships with prospects through consistent follow-up and communication
  • Collaborate with the sales team to hand over qualified leads effectively
  • Research potential clients and industries to tailor conversations and improve conversion rates
  • Stay informed on client offerings, promotions, and key selling points to confidently communicate value

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales is an advantage (but not required for entry-level applicants with strong communication skills)
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to handle rejection positively
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and basic computer applications
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet performance targets
  • Willing to work office-based in Pampanga and on schedules aligned with international clients
