Accounting Manager oversees the organization's financial health by planning, analyzing, reporting, and managing financial data and resources to maximize profits and achieve long-term.

The core responsibilities include creating budgets, developing financial strategies, making investment and financing decisions, managing cash flow, ensuring regulatory compliance, and advising senior leadership on financial matters to ensure the company's success and growth.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

· Financial Oversight:

Manage financial reports, budgets, and financial planning to achieve the company's long-term financial goals.

· Collections Strategy:

Develop and implement strategies to recover outstanding debts, minimize bad debt, and optimize cash flow.

· Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure the collection practices and policies adhere to all relevant state and federal regulations.

· Data Analysis:

Analyze financial data to identify trends, assess risks, and provide insights for strategic financial decisions.

· Leadership:

Lead and manage the collections and finance teams, setting performance targets and providing mentorship.

· Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication to interact with clients and internal teams, and exceptional negotiation skills.

Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy and Finance.

· Experience: With more than 10 years of experience in financial management, accounting, and credit and collections.

· Technical Proficiency: Proficient in accounting software, MS Excel, and other financial modeling tools

· Certifications: CPA or MBA is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php100, Php120,000.00 per month
