Product Executive is responsible to the achievement of Business Unit's Sales and profitability objectives by effectively managing operations and activities of assigned product.

Duties and Responsibilites:

  • Prepares an annual marketing plan, which defines the relevant market environment and strategic marketing directions to achieve the approved sales and profit targets.
  • Develops aggressive marketing strategies and implements/executes them by working well with other departments of the company.
  • Prepares an annual sales forecast of the assigned product and implement various marketing activities to help drive attainment of sales target within approved promotions budget.
  • Makes sure that product sales targets are met and exceeded.
  • Increases profitability of his/her product.
  • Manages the product line's inventory and plans/forecasts sell-in properly as well as set up strategies and tactical activities to increase sell out.
  • Coordinates with Vendor to ensure timely availability of adequate product inventory.
  • Provides salesforce with the required product knowledge training and equip them with the necessary tools to effectively perform their selling function.
  • Develops a distribution plan for the assigned product and coordinate implementation with Salesforce/Channels team.
  • Able to gather relative and comparative information about competitors and develop excellent relationship with partners and vendors.
  • Manages Channel Sales Executive, oversees the development on product knowledge, partner progression from recruitment to activation, implementation of marketing programs and achievement of target.
  • Able to articulate their vision and agenda to various teams and communicate customer needs and feedback to them constructively, this includes being able to present ideas and data in simple and compelling ways, as well as being able to clearly explain and defend decisions.
