AU PAYROLL TEAM LEADER (Cebu | On-site | Day Shift)

Job Responsibilities:

· Supervise a team of 10 to 12 members, providing guidance, support, and performance monitoring

· Manage end-to-end payroll processing including data validation, timesheets, salary calculations, benefits, and dispute resolution

· Ensure accuracy and compliance in all payroll outputs while meeting deadlines

· Serve as the primary point of contact for AU clients, building strong stakeholder relationships and addressing queries effectively

· Drive continuous process improvements and ensure best practices are maintained

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in accountancy or any related course

· Minimum 5 years of experience as a Team Leader

· Strong background in end-to-end payroll processing and bookkeeping

· Proficient in Xero payroll software (experience in Employment Hero is an advantage)

· Solid experience handling offshore payroll processing

· Skilled in managing offshore stakeholders, particularly AU clients

· Willing to work on-site in Cebu with a day shift schedule

Work Setup:

Shift: Dayshift 6am-3pm

Setup: Full Onsite
