AU PAYROLL TEAM LEADER (Cebu | On-site | Day Shift)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of 10–12 members, providing guidance, support, and performance monitoring

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing including data validation, timesheets, salary calculations, benefits, and dispute resolution

  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in all payroll outputs while meeting deadlines

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for AU clients, building strong stakeholder relationships and addressing queries effectively

  • Drive continuous process improvements and ensure best practices are maintained

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any related course

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Team Leader

  • Strong background in end-to-end payroll processing and bookkeeping

  • Proficient in Xero payroll software (experience in Employment Hero is an advantage)

  • Solid experience handling offshore payroll processing

  • Skilled in managing offshore stakeholders, particularly AU clients

  • Willing to work on-site in Cebu with a day shift schedule

•Setup: Full Onsite
