As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse to ensure accurate inventory control, efficient storage and dispatch of goods, and adherence to food safety standards. You will play a key role in maintaining the seamless flow of products from storage to delivery, contributing to the company's overall supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching food products
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards, FIFO system, and cleanliness protocols
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing and production teams
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and generate reports
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with suppliers and delivery teams
  • Maintain warehouse documentation and ensure proper labeling and tracking
  • Implement and monitor warehouse policies and procedures
  • Lead and support warehouse staff to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Report any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues promptly
  • Ensure proper maintenance and usage of warehouse equipment
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably related to Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business
  • With at least 2 years of experience in warehouse coordination or logistics (experience in the food industry is a strong advantage)
  • Knowledgeable in warehouse procedures, inventory systems, and food handling protocols
  • Proficient in MS Office and inventory management systems
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling
  • Excellent communication and team coordination abilities
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure or shifting schedules when needed
