Civil Structural Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical analysis relevant to civil work structures
• Establish the standard layout, plans and designs for all civil works structures
• Identify the most structurally resilient design
• Design all civil work related structures
• Identify the best civil/structural design for all infrastructure components
• Act as Civil/ Structural expert of the company
• Represent the company in dealing with various stakeholders whether internal or external in the conduct of civil/ structural discussions
• Mastery of the water business model, principles, features and applications
• Analyze, prepare, submit and sign civil/ structural study reports and plans
• Maintain awareness on latest building and structural code, design trends, changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines.
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the division head from time to time

Qualification:

• Graduate of Civil Engineering field, licensed engineer required
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Expert in data analysis and water modeling software, civil/structural design software

Skills Requirements:

• Exemplary work experience as a civil/structural engineer or similar role
• Preferably with working knowledge of design and visualization software
• Advance MS Office Skills
• Familiarity and ability to comply with all applicable rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards
• Proven success in the areas of civil/structural design
• Current certifications in applicable skills a plus
• Must be willing to travel (as needed/required).
