KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administrative / Finance:

  • Manage daily office operations
  • Handle sales tracking and expenses through QuickBooks
  • Prepare, send, and follow up on billing statements and collections
  • Draft and edit contracts and internal documents

Human Resources:

  • Process employee payroll accurately and on time
  • Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and timekeeping
  • Administer employee benefits and HR-related compliance
  • Assist in maintaining a positive and productive workplace culture

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in office management, administration, or HR roles
  • Knowledgable in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • With understanding of payroll and HR processes
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and detail-oriented
