Major Responsibilities

  • SAP change coordinator
  • SAP update of templates and communication of changes
  • Process documentation support
  • SAP auto invoice template communication
  • Operation's support and communication
  • EFlow / invoice Processing (Invoice validation)
  • Managing projects invoices mailbox regarding facilities maintenance services
  • Processing of electrical power supply invoices (invoice copies, payment status, clarifications)
  • Processing of embedded network power supply invoices manually
  • Verification of invoices and uploading for payment

Systems and Procedures

  • Provide timely and accurate advice to stakeholders
  • Add value to the business through innovation and improvement of existing processes
  • Work within allocated timeframes

Skills for development and training

  • Understanding of the INFORM facilities management system, processes and reports
  • Support for RFPs
    • Analysis (Pivot tables and AI)
    • Document creation
    • RFP management
  • Other Ad-Hoc report building out of SAP & INFORM
