- 3-5 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, with a focus on strategic sourcing and contracts management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent leadership and project management abilities.

- Proficiency in advanced sourcing tools and technologies.

- In-depth knowledge of industry standards and best practices.

- Ability to mentor and develop junior team members.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in Technology Contract
