Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, with a focus on strategic sourcing and contracts management.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Negotiation and Sourcing
  • Conduct strategic negotiation events for the Strategic Sourcing group.

Negotiate business terms with vendors and partners to minimize risk and maximize price efficiencies.

Lead sourcing events from project kick-off to contract execution.

Relationship Management

  • Build and create relationships with internal clients to understand their contracting needs.

Establish relationships and lead stakeholders/cross-functional teams to get process buy-in.

Create Strategic Sourcing partnerships to increase addressable spend.

Contract Management

  • Solid understanding of contract forms (MNDA, MSA, SOWs).

Liaise with Legal and Security departments to ensure all contract controls and protections are in place.

Category Expertise and Analytics

  • Become a category expert, developing category playbooks and roadmaps to enhance strategic negotiations.

Participate in spend analytics and work planning efforts.

Project Management

  • Utilize project management practices and tools to create, manage, and report on project progress.

Design and develop weekly and monthly operations matrix reports including spend and SLAs.

Technology and Tools

  • Use and evaluate eSourcing tools and new technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php55,000.00 per month
