We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Biller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical records billing, credentialing, and coding, with a commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit accurate medical claims to insurance companies.
  • Review and verify patient medical records for billing accuracy.
  • Handle insurance denials and follow up on unpaid claims.
  • Manage provider credentialing and re-credentialing processes.
  • Apply correct medical coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) for billing compliance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of billing regulations and payer requirements.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to resolve billing discrepancies.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience

  • Critical thinker and has good attention to detail

  • Fluent in English (Verbal and Written)

  • Willing to work in US working hours

  • Must have valid NBI Clearance

  • Operating System: Windows 10 Home

  • CPU: Intel Core i3 (at least 6th generation or similar)

  • Memory: at least 4GB RAM

  • Internet subscription: At least 10mbps (DSL/Fiber only)
