Job Description

Be part of Everise Isabela – Cauayan and grow your career in the BPO industry. We are hiring for two Healthcare Accounts:

  1. Healthcare Account – Temporary Work From Home (Limited Slots) Handle customer inquiries for a healthcare client from the comfort of your home. Provide accurate and professional support via phone, email, or chat. This is a temporary WAH setup, and employees will be required to report onsite once needed.
  2. Pioneer Healthcare Account – Onsite Join as part of a pioneering team for a new healthcare account at Everise Cauayan. This is a great opportunity to be among the first hires, build your career, and grow with the program from day one.

Key Responsibilities (for both accounts)

  • Answer healthcare-related customer inquiries in a professional and helpful manner
  • Provide accurate information about benefits, accounts, and services
  • Assist customers with billing concerns, troubleshooting, or claims-related inquiries
  • Document customer interactions correctly in the system
  • Collaborate with teammates and leaders to meet account performance goals
  • Ensure excellent customer service in every interaction

Qualifications

  • At least Senior High School Graduate (old curriculum HS graduates also welcome)
  • Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Willing to work at Everise Cauayan, Isabela

Additional Requirements for Healthcare Account – Temporary WAH (Limited Slots):

  • Proof of Billing (address must match applicant's residence)
  • Reliable Internet Service Provider (wired connection preferred)
  • Home address should be close to Everise Cauayan office for easy transition back onsite
