Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Consistently demonstrates honesty, reliability, and dedication
  • Physically fit and capable of performing job-related tasks
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all areas
  • Provide leadership and encouragement to team members to ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
  • Coordinate work schedules and delegate roles to maintain smooth operations and effective team output.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health standards at all times
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering stock, receiving deliveries, and minimizing waste
  • Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Train, coach, and support new and existing staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies
  • Enforce company procedures, including cash handling, security protocols, and operational policies
  • Assist in conducting performance reviews and participate in disciplinary actions when necessary

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
