About the Role

The Project Implementation Associate supports the operational side of onsite installation activities. This role handles material verification, delivery scheduling, installer monitoring, and documentation of daily execution. You will work closely with installers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Request, verify, and monitor materials needed for project execution.
  • Schedule and coordinate material deliveries to project sites.
  • Check stone quality, quantity, and accuracy before installation.
  • Review installer daily reports and validate their completeness.
  • Document and file QC reports and onsite documentation.
  • Coordinate with installers, suppliers, and internal teams to align project workflows.
  • Provide logistical support during project implementation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Detail oriented with strong coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with construction or installation environments is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Work Setup & Schedule

  • Onsite at G/F YMC Building, 2320 Chino Roces Ave. Ext., Magallanes, Makati
  • Mondays to Saturdays - 9:00AM to 6:00PM
