About the role

Zirconia Inc' is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our flagship restaurant in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant, delivering an exceptional dining experience for our customers. This is a strategic position that will play a key part in the continued growth and success of our hospitality business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Managing and leading a team of service staff, chefs and support personnel to deliver outstanding customer service
  2. Overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including inventory management, budgeting, scheduling, and staff training
  3. Ensuring compliance with relevant health, safety and food hygiene regulations
  4. Analysing sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
  5. Developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
  6. Building positive relationships with customers, suppliers and the local community

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent senior hospitality role, with at least 5 years' experience
  2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  3. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  4. Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, cost control and inventory control
  5. Good working knowledge of health, safety and food hygiene regulations
  6. Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience
