1. Cook / Kitchen Lead

Location: Landmark-Trinoma, Quezon City

Position: Full-time

About the Role: We are looking for a hardworking, dependable Cook / Kitchen Lead to join our growing food business. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking burgers, sides, and ensuring that food quality and safety standards are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook burgers, sides, and other menu items consistently and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen according to food safety standards.
• Assist with food preparation during non-peak hours (e.g., preparation and organizing ingredients, portioning meat).
• Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
• Support the front-of-house team during peak periods when needed.
• Take part in opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications:

• At least high school graduate
• With or without experience (training will be provided), but previous cooking or kitchen experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
• Flexible and willing to support other tasks when needed
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and reliability are a must
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Can start by June 2025

2. Cashier / Customer Service Lead

Location: Landmark-Trinoma, Quezon City

Position: Full-time

About the Role:We are seeking a friendly and energetic Cashier / Customer Service Lead to join our growing food business. You will handle customer orders, process payments, and ensure every customer has a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist with taking orders
• Process cash, card, and other payments accurately
• Hand over completed orders to customers quickly and correctly
• Keep the front counter clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Support food preparation and back-of-house tasks during busy periods
• Help with daily opening and closing procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous cashier or customer service experience will be an advantage
• Friendly, approachable, and confident communicator
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of basic accounting
• Flexible and able to support kitchen operations when needed
• Team player with a positive and professional attitude
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Can start by June 2025

3. Support Staff

Location: Landmark-Trinoma, Quezon City

Position: Full-time

About the Role:We are hiring a reliable and hands-on Support Staff member for our growing food business. This is a flexible role supporting both the kitchen and customer service depending on the needs of the day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation (e.g., organizing ingredients, assembling burgers).
• Manage fry station, drinks, or other quick-serve areas as assigned.
• Restock supplies and ingredients throughout the day.
• Help maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining counters, and storage areas.
• Assist the cashier or cook during busy periods.
• Participate in opening and closing duties.
