Job Description:

  • Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in laptops and other computer devices.
  • Perform component-level repairs (e.g., motherboard, keyboard, screen, battery, RAM, hard drive).
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, drivers, and software applications.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and cleaning of laptops and related equipment.
  • Test units after repair to ensure full functionality and quality standards.
  • Maintain records of repairs, parts used, and service reports.
  • Coordinate with supervisors or clients regarding repair status and recommendations.
  • Stay updated with the latest laptop technologies and troubleshooting techniques.

Qualifications:

  • At least Vocational or College Graduate in Computer Technology, Electronics, or related field.
  • With experience in laptop or computer repair (hardware and software troubleshooting).
  • Knowledgeable in PC assembly, disassembly, and diagnostics tools.
  • Familiar with Windows and basic networking setup; knowledge in macOS is a plus.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and can work with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work in field service or office-based setup as required.
