Key Account Administrator Finance

Join Team Global Talent Hub – where your talent connects with opportunity We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Revenue Officer to join our dynamic team and support one of Australia's largest and most respected Transport and Logistics companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct pre-invoicing checks for weekly and monthly accounts.
  • Resolve general revenue and invoicing-related issues.
  • Submit invoices to customers promptly in their preferred formats.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and customers to obtain purchase orders.
  • Manage and resolve customer billing queries effectively.
  • Receive and recharge third-party invoices accurately and on time.
  • Understand and apply client rate cards using the rates configurator.
  • Reconcile accounts for invoicing customers.
  • Monitor and manage a shared inbox to address billing-related queries.
  • Communicate with branch offices to clarify invoicing and provide supporting information.

What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in revenue, billing, or finance roles (transport or logistics background a plus).
  • Must have experience with high volume complex invoicing.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general accounting software.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a commitment to excellence.
  • Must be willing to work on site full time
  • Must be willing to in a morning shift (7am to 4pm)
  • Can start ASAP
