About the role

At RED ORANGE GREEN FOOD SERVICES', we are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our dynamic team in our Makati City location. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our busy restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervising and coordinating the work of restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and kitchen personnel, to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Monitoring and maintaining customer satisfaction levels through regular interactions and timely issue resolution
  • Overseeing inventory management, making sure that supplies and equipment are well-stocked and properly maintained
  • Assisting in the planning and implementation of staff schedules and shift rotations
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
  • Providing training and development opportunities for restaurant staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborating with the management team to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving measures

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or food service industry
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record of motivating and developing staff
  • Proficient in inventory management and cost control practices
  • Thorough understanding of health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organisation
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
