The Role\: Channel Marketing Manager
What will you do?
- Support the marketing function in the country to ensure cohesion between the various sub-functions; Ensure cohesion and alignment between Sales team and Marketing team and contribute to the definition of the country commercial policy
- Ensure that resource allocation to the global commercial process is in line with the country plans and priorities; Responsible for marketing excellence challenges, that is, boost new products, price power, grow and defend markets, develop customer training.
- Conduct regular sales meeting, discuss and review implementation of strategies and provide marketing guidance to sales people towards goal achievement. market share deliver profitable growth and establish a strong and healthy channel eco-system.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and decision making at management team level to develop and implement a business strategy that aligns with the organizations overall vision.
Evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor's data and implements marketing plan changes as needed.
Execute and deploy partner programs, marketing – offer and channel initiatives to relevant channels and partners
Who would be successful?
- Bachelor's degree any business-related course; Minimum of 7 years experience in MNC, preferably similar to Schneider Electric line of Business and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
- Strong understanding of operational marketing, distributional and direct sales business models, product lifecycle management, business and market development.
- Familiar with electrical distribution, industry automation, power monitoring products and energy efficiency solutions, preferably
- Able to perform under a high pressure and very dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills - written and oral.
