About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled
E-Commerce Specialist
with a strong background in
men's leather dress shoe manufacturing
. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of
shoe construction
, experience in
sourcing and communicating with factories
, and the ability to
manage samples and oversee the production process
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the e-commerce operations for our men's dress shoe line.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and descriptions.
  • Coordinate with factories—preferably in
    Turkey or Brazil
    —to manage production timelines, quality checks, and logistics.
  • Handle the
    sample process
    from development to approval.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage online store performance, and optimize listings for conversion and sales.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine product and marketing strategies.
  • Work with marketing and design teams to create engaging online campaigns that highlight craftsmanship and quality.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
    e-commerce management
    , ideally within
    footwear or apparel manufacturing
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    men's leather dress shoe construction
    and materials.
  • Experience
    coordinating with factories
    , preferably located in
    Turkey or Brazil
    .
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance technical product understanding with digital sales strategy.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as
    Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon Seller Central
    is a plus.
