Digital Commerce Specialist – Nestlé Location: Meycauayan, Bulacan, PH Full-time – Bachelor’s Degree required Job Summary Digital Commerce Specialist – PH store management will join Digital Shelf & eContent and Store Operations, working closely with the Nestlé Digital Transformation team (DX). The role plays a crucial part in ensuring PH Market’s transition to the direct servicing model for specific eCommerce stores (SHP Mart, LazMarts, etc.). The specialist will drive front‑end store success while maintaining excellent partnership and operations across Nestlé and end consumers. Responsibilities Lead flawless execution of market activities and promotions on eRetailer platforms. Work closely with customer manager and eCommerce partner teams to keep operations running smoothly, ensuring best sell‑out and customer experience. Own completeness and availability of listings on the platform, monitor on‑time payment, and maintain proper customer service levels. Improve current systems and processes to increase efficiency, reduce bottlenecks and downtime in all market eCommerce operations, reporting to MAO to drive collaboration. Align back‑end eCommerce store operations (SHP Mart, LazMarts, etc.) with front‑end plans and directives. Collaborate with Digital Shelf & eContent to ensure digital shelf activities flow correctly into PH monitoring. Coordinate with Market counterpart – customer manager to align plans and strategies with Nestlé’s business objectives. Qualifications University degree in Digital Marketing, Digital Technologies or related field. 2‑4 years of experience in the eCommerce and/or digital marketing field. 2‑4 years of experience in publishing product‑related content. Very good knowledge of Digital Shelf or any eRetailer monitoring tools. Experience with SAP Product Master Data solution. Intermediate/advanced skill in Microsoft Excel (including formulas) and understanding of Power BI. Strong problem‑solving, stakeholder management, and analytics skills. Ability to interpret dashboard data and execute periodic reporting based on market requirements. Solid understanding of product information processes and digital shelf management. Key Skills Quickly understand eRetailer challenges and specificities. Follow Nestlé and brand guidelines to ensure product content quality on eRetailers. Understand product eContent marketing/digital assets, nutrition information, product description pages. Deliver against objectives, deliverables, and deadlines. Strong stakeholder management and stakeholder communication skills. Power BI and PowerPoint data gathering and reporting proficiency.
