Responsibilities:


• Perform detailed assessment and documentation of existing Cisco CUCM/Unity infrastructure, call flows, and dial plans.


• Support Direct Routing design activities including SBC configuration, SIP trunking, and global voice policy alignment.


• Work closely with onshore leadership to prepare migration roadmap and execution plans.


• Assist in Teams voice enablement, testing, user onboarding, and post-migration hypercare.


• Maintain logs, issue trackers, and reporting for migration progress and dependencies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise voice infrastructure or telephony migration roles.
  • Cisco Telephony to Microsoft Teams Migration Specialist.


• Hands-on experience with Cisco CUCM, Unity Connection, and PSTN integration.


• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams Phone System, voice policies, and SIP protocols.


• Familiarity with call quality troubleshooting and QoS network requirements.


• Experience in enterprise telephony transformations in multi-region environments.

  • Open for Project based employment w/ initial 12 months of contract w/ possibility of extensions or absorption
  • Amenable on 2x Onsite per week in BGC on Midshift schedule (2PM-12MN)
