Hiring: Senior Site Reliability Engineer


Hybrid – 2 Days Onsite in Makati


Permanent, Full-Time

Join a dynamic digital platform team and lead SRE initiatives that drive reliability, scalability, and sustainability across enterprise systems.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead SRE strategy, monitoring, incident response, and automation.
  • Drive SRE maturity, reduce technical debt, and support end-to-end solution reliability.
  • Partner with product teams to improve observability, performance, and DevOps practices.
  • Support capacity planning, troubleshooting, postmortems, and platform optimization.

What You Need:

  • 5–10 years SRE experience with strong automation (Python, Ansible, YAML) and REST API integration.
  • Solid understanding of SLO/SLI/SLA, cloud (Azure), CI/CD, Git/GitHub, SQL, and networking fundamentals.
  • Bachelor's/Master's in CS, IT, or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Azure certifications (AZ-900, AZ-400), HPC experience, and familiarity with operations frameworks.
