Industrial Engineer

Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines Circuit Solutions Inc Full time ₱120,000 per year

Will be responsible for delivering projects within budget and the agreed timeline. He/She ensures customer satisfaction by finishing the project within standards, within budget, and on time. He/she handles all documentation necessary for proper and timely billing.

Duties also include, but are not limited to:

  • Manages the team assigned to the project
  • Secures permits and documentation for mobilization and demobilization
  • Ensures proper assignment of personnel for proper utilization
  • Monitors ongoing project, personnel, quality, budget, and timing
  • Reports project updates to the department head daily
  • Responsible for getting resolutions for issues that may be encountered while implementing the project
  • Leads the team in the installation of equipment
  • Ensures complete documents and all items are properly accounted for and returned as needed before project turnover
  • Conducts proper training to customers and ensures their understanding and satisfaction
  • Conducts proper performance analysis
  • Secures permits and documentation for mobilization and demobilization

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Industrial Engineering course
  • Experience or knowledge in Project Management is a plus
  • Strong leadership, project management, and technical skills
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Gantt Chart
  • Willing to do field work if needed
  • Fresh graduates of IE are encouraged to apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100.00 per month
