Job Summary
This position is responsible for ensuring accurate sales inventory management, supporting marketing initiatives, and providing essential data for strategic decision-making.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for uploading and maintaining accurate sales inventory data on our online system, ensuring timely updates and data integrity.
- Prepare comprehensive daily and monthly reports, including but not limited to sales performance, inventory status, and market trends.
- Provide assistance and guidance to newly accredited sellers regarding database access and system navigation.
- Support the pricing team by assisting in the research and analysis required for project pricing.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events as needed, contributing to their successful implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, or a related analytical field.
- Open to fresh graduates with strong academic performance or with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, functions, and pivot tables.
- Strong understanding and experience in data analysis, database management, and visualization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Executes tasks with utmost professionalism and integrity.
