Service Engineer

The Service Engineer implements the processes for quality assurance, troubleshooting, product training, and evaluation of Medtek Products.

Job Specifications:

Education:

  • Graduate of Biomedical Engineering, computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or graduate of any related course.

Experience:

  • At least 1 year of progressive working experience as a service, biomedical, computer, or mechanical engineer.
  • Preferably with experience in medical devices.

Skills

  • Extensive knowledge in products, engineering processes, calibration, and troubleshooting medical equipment or devices.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software licenses
  • Preferably with Engineering License
  • With valid driver's license
