Building Services Engineer - Electrical SystemsThe job of our MEP Engineer is a crucial part of our product offering; delivering the most advanced work environments for our clients. We are looking for a MEP Engineer with 3 years of experience who is skilled and experienced in all areas of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing, design & BIM Coordination. You will have a diverse background and be ready to lead internal and external project teams in all MEP Engineering related services through the entire project life-cycle.

You will take special consideration, guiding our design-build teams through design intent to preserve the design quality of a project, mitigating potential later issues during construction. As our Building Services Engineer, you will be responsible for day-to-day management of the engineering related project elements and will be responsible to manage several projects at different stages at the same time. Primary Responsibilities:Support remote conceptual engineering teams through conducting detailed calculations, equipment and infrastructure sizing, development of line drawings, diagrams and layouts.

Work with our regional engineering and project teams in North America, Europe and Singapore teams to define project scope, scheduling, budgeting, construction costs and BIM Coordination. Review calculations and drawings developed by third party consultants to support our regional teams to manage the building engineering services, sub-trade subcontractors and technical personnel to ensure design, costing, timing and quality are in line with project requirements. Research local code, certification requirements, and general client requirements for MEP services to support the project.

Documentation / development of technical due diligence reports, code compliance reports, gap studies, Basis of design, etc. Development of AI tools to support our regional teams and improve overall quality and efficiency of MEP design. Assist PM and procurement team for technical and commercial evaluation, Value engineering solutions during bidding process.

Coordination with our regional teams and external consultant for MEP services coordination. Day-to-day management of the engineering related project elements. Check develop concept MEP design and oversee development of detailed design documentation.

Conduct T&C procedures and write T&C plans. Partner with internal teams to develop and pitch new project proposals that win new work. Qualifications & Key Competencies:3 years of work experience specializing in various Engineering services within the building design and construction field.

Experienced in a various Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing disciplines, Design & BIM Coordination. Familiar with relevant codes and standards in North America and / or Europe. University Degree in Building Services Engineering or related field (Electrical and Mechanical).

Experience in Managerial or Supervisory position. Experience inspecting and supervising various MEP disciplines during construction and provide solutions to overcome site problems. Highly skilled in MS office suite and CAD software.

Coordinating & reviewing MEP Design BOQ and documentation with third party consultants, vendors (internal & external stakeholders). Able to conduct a T&C procedure and write T&C plan. Successful applicants will be reporting to Sustainability Team in London but will be based in Manila.
