Job Summary:

We are seeking a Mill Operator for our Feedmill Plant who will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting feed mill equipment to ensure efficient production processes. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in feed mill operations and mechanical maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor feed mill equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical components.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the feed mill operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective measures.
  • Maintain accurate records of production output, maintenance activities, and equipment performance.
  • Follow occupational safety and health programs to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's in Electrical Technology, Electro-Mechanical Technology, Mechanical Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Feed Mill Operation, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
