Job description:

  • Greet guests warmly, manage reservations, guide guests to their tables, and assist with inquiries to ensure a positive experience.
  • Efficiently manage table allocation, and coordinate with the kitchen and serving staff for smooth service flow.
  • Maintain clear and friendly communication with guests, handle complaints or special requests professionally, and provide information about menu items and promotions.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times, reflecting the restaurant's standards of cleanliness and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Must be with pleasing personality.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • With at least six (6) months of working experience in the same position preferably in Casual to Fine Dining
  • Willing to be put under agency
