Salary: Php 150,000 - Php 180,000 gross

Job Summary

We're looking for a Junior developer with hands-on experience in the Spring Application Framework to build and maintain robust web service applications. This role involves full-cycle development, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and client-facing communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in daily team meetings to track progress and plan upcoming tasks
  • Design, develop, test, debug, and deploy web service applications using modern development toolkits
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and consistency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement software fixes and enhancements
  • Ensure application designs align with architectural standards and business objectives
  • Mentor junior developers and support their technical growth
  • Continuously improve skills through training and professional development
  • Work with the team to identify and implement development best practices
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing updates and progress reports

Qualifications

  • With knowledge / experience with Spring Framework and web service development
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and coding standards
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is a plus
