JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Formulates policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations and improve competency of promoters nationwide

  • Identifies training and organizational development needs within the company through job analysis, training needs analysis with the head of department and regions nationwide

  • Design and facilitates training tools and programs for regular employee's productivity, new hire employee, low performer employee (focus on assigned position)

  • Evaluates training program and monitor training outcomes

  • Amend and revise training modules as the need arises.

  • Participate in the verification training effect, evaluate the training work in each region, and put forward improvement plans and opinions

  • Keep up to date with the latest developments on new hire training process, low performers programs, regular promoter's sales productivity

  • Responsible for internal training of the Regional Training Team and training support for the sales team

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • More than 2 years of work experience in the same position.

  • TELCO/RETAIL Experience is an advantage.

  • Must have a wide knowledge on smartphone knowledge and Retail Training

  • Skilled using various office tools, especially PPT and advance Excel, plus can use some video editing software and canva.

  • Be able to independently conduct selling skills training programs and other functional position training programs

  • Wide knowledge and experience with different methods/models under Product Management

  • Good at team work, positive attitude, responsible, willing to learn and grow

  • Amenable to work in BGC from Monday to Saturday
