Credit Executive
to manage a high-volume ledger, drive timely collections, and keep the AR function running with accuracy and pace.

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing the full accounts receivable cycle — from invoicing and payments through to reconciliations, dispute resolution, and proactive collections.

This is a hands-on role where you'll take full ownership of customer accounts, ensure accurate records, and build strong internal and external relationships.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Processing invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
  • Managing a high-volume debtor ledger with tight follow-up and clear communication
  • Contacting customers via phone/email to resolve outstanding balances
  • Investigating pricing discrepancies, PO issues, and disputed amounts
  • Producing AR reports, ageing summaries, and account analysis using Excel
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve queries quickly
  • Maintaining accurate account records in the accounting system
  • Identifying process improvements and preventing recurring issues

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in
    Accounts Receivable / Credit Control / Collections
  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
  • Strong English written and verbal skills
  • Familiarity with systems such as
    Xero, Pronto
    , and vendor portals like
    Coupa
    or
    Ariba
  • Confident communication skills — especially over the phone
  • High attention to detail and ownership of your accounts
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines and remain organised under pressure
