Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Develop process models, workflows, and business cases to support decision-making.
  • Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement technology solutions.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications and reports.
  • Perform data analysis to track business performance and trends.
  • Facilitate meetings and communicate insights to key decision-makers.
  • Support project management by tracking milestones, risks, and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

  • Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau. LucidChart, Astah Community).
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team.
