We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong post-contract management experience, preferably with a background in Middle East projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all cost and contract-related aspects of ongoing construction projects.

Candidates must be ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all post-contract activities, including variations, change orders, and final accounts.
  • Review and analyze contract terms, scope of work, and project documentation. 
  • Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets and cost plans.
  • Evaluate subcontractor claims, progress payments, and invoices.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams for commercial and contractual matters.
  • Prepare detailed cost reports and provide regular updates on project financial status.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and contract requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • Minimum of 10 years of QS experience, with solid post-contract exposure.
  • Middle East project experience is highly preferred.
  • Must be ready to join immediately.
  • Excellent understanding of contract administration and cost control.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and QS software/tools.
