Job Description:

  • Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems and layouts
  • Supervise CEO office staff and ensure task completion and performance
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers
  • Organize office maintenance and ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Plan and support internal events, and communications particularly with the management team
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO's office and other internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
  • Support the CEO in employee engagement efforts, and company-wide initiatives.
  • Help plan and execute executive offsites, leadership workshops, and key corporate events.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualification:

  • Need a intermediate or fluent in Mandarin language
  • With 2-3 years experiences working in HR position
  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management or equivalent.
  • Experience working with senior leadership and managing confidential and strategic matters.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (proficiency in Filipino is a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities; thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, problem-solve proactively, and manage high-pressure situations.
  • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and a strong sense of integrity.
