Business Analyst

- Analyze performance data from various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube).
- Create dashboards and regular reports to monitor KPIs such as engagement rate, follower growth, reach, impressions, CTR, and conversion.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and design teams to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize future strategies.
- Provide actionable insights on user behavior, content performance, and audience demographics.
- Track competitor activity and market trends to benchmark performance.
- Use social listening tools to identify brand sentiment, trending topics, and customer feedback.
- Assist in A/B testing of content and paid social ads.
- Translate data into presentations and strategic recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Must be a College graduate
- 2-3 yrs experience in Business Analysis / Reports or Data Analytics
- Tools: MS Excel, PPT, PowerBI, PowerApps
- Good communication skills
- Amenable to start immediately and on-site in Cebu City
