Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

  • At least 6 months of experience in a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) environment
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a wide range of customer inquiries
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
  • A customer-centric mindset with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
