Senior Procurement Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review purchase requests, purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement documents.
  • Prepare and review sourcing, evaluation, and engagement of reliable and ethical vendors and suppliers.
  • Conduct supplier assessments and maintain accurate records of supplier information and performance.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on vendor accreditation, procurement planning, and project requirements.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to ensure favorable terms, cost efficiencies, and quality standards.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with PwC's internal policies, compliance standards, and budgetary requirements.
  • Support other duties as may be assigned by the Procurement Manager or Operations Leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • At least
    3 years of experience
    in business administration specializing in procurement or supply chain management.
  • At least
    2 years of people management or supervisory experience
    — must demonstrate ability to lead, empower, and handle difficult conversations effectively.
  • Proven experience handling a variety of procurement commodities — both direct and indirect services (aligned with different categories such as Events, Marketing, IT, Facilities, Admin, HR, etc.).
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, especially in handling confidential or sensitive information.
  • Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
  • Capable of multitasking and managing high volumes of work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with
    SAP
    or other procurement systems is preferred.
  • Open to candidates with either
    local or international procurement support
    experience.
