We are looking for a Senior Procurement Manager (Software) to spearhead strategic sourcing and oversee critical procurement categories. This leadership role manages the full procurement lifecycle, driving cost efficiency, supply reliability, and long-term value through strong supplier partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze supply-demand trends, assess risks, and implement solutions to maintain sustainable capacity. Conduct supplier evaluations and plant visits to validate capabilities.
  • Manage the full supplier lifecycle—from accreditation to performance monitoring—ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Drive cost optimization through benchmarking, market analysis, and strategic negotiations.
  • Handle complex orders, provide insights, and recommend process improvements aligned with business needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or any business-related discipline.
  • At least eight (8) years of hands-on experience in handling IT category (software, hardware or IT services).
  • Professional certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability in supplier management, cost optimization, negotiation, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement.
