Job Description

Data Management & Reporting:

Collect, organize, and maintain sales data from multiple sources (e.g., partner reports, internal systems).

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports and dashboards.

Assist in data validation, ensuring accuracy and consistency of channel sales information.

Administrative Support:

Support the Channel Sales Team in day-to-day operations, documentation, and coordination.

Prepare presentations, proposals, and internal reports as needed.

Maintain organized records of partner agreements, correspondence, and related files.

Coordination & Communication:

Assist in coordinating with channel partners and internal departments regarding sales updates, requirements, and deliverables.

Help monitor partner compliance with sales programs, promos, and initiatives.

Track and follow up on pending requests or documentation related to channel activities.

Analysis & Insights:

Help identify sales trends and opportunities based on channel data.

Support the department in developing insights and recommendations for improving sales performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

1-2 years of experience in sales support, data analysis, or administrative roles preferred. Fresh Graduates are open to apply

Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; knowledge of Power BI or data visualization tools is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
