Role overview

As a Bell Service - Valet at Chateau de Maisons Property Management Inc., you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring that our clients' needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and care. Working in a full-time capacity, you will be based in the vibrant city of Baguio City, Benguet.

Key responsibilities

  1. Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
  2. Efficiently handle guest luggage and provide valet parking services
  3. Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing assistance and guidance as needed
  4. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, adhering to the company's high standards of customer service
  5. Collaborate with the wider hospitality team to ensure seamless operations and a consistently positive guest experience
  6. Assist with other front-office duties as required, such as providing concierge services and supporting the reception team

  1. Proven experience in a similar bell service and valet role within the hospitality industry
  2. Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for exceeding guest expectations
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds
  4. Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team
  5. Familiarity with the Baguio City area and local attractions is preferred
  6. A positive, solution-oriented attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
